My husband and I met Marcia Bright over the internet. My brother set an appointment for us to work with an agent that he is familiar with. However, after speaking with Marcia over the phone, we was determine to meet with her. When we first met, she greeted us with a friendly smile, and very professional. The one thing that stood out for me, and that is, we all went out to look at homes in the rain, she was professionally dressed with very high heels, matter of fact every-time we went out to look at homes it was raining, and still she was professionally dressed with very high heels. Her only concern was the customer. If it came a time that we needed to speak with her, I would call and if she didn't answer she would return the call the same day. When we came upon a pricing issue, Marcia took care of the matter representing the customer, her Negotiation skills, outstanding.
